necessary to fulfill transactions that you initiate. If you receive an update
from us, it is because you initiated contact and we will remove your name
from our list if you ask us to. We do not store your credit card number.
Paypal (the payment service we use) employs the latest encryption technology
when you order. This is done to protect you from unauthorized use of the
information you send through our order page. Any order will show up on your
statement as Laugh & Learn, Inc.
Fine Print…
Orders: When you place
an order, we use Paypal which requires you to provide contact, billing, and
payment information. This information is transmitted to your credit card company
to authorize your purchase. Orders will show on your statement under "Laugh
and Learn, Inc." All information 
obtained from you in the course of
transacting orders is used only to fulfill your order in a timely
manner from either our U.S. or Canadian offices. We do not store your credit
card info.
Newsletter:
Upon placing
an order, you will automatically begin receiving our Laughlines email newsletter unless
you opt-out by simply responding with "unsubscribe" in the subject
heading. We never share telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, or credit
card information you give us with any marketers or unrelated 3rd party.
Credit card companies and shippers: When you buy something from us your
credit card information, name, billing address and the amount of your purchase
go to your credit card company to verify and authorize the purchase. We do not
have, seek, or retain this information.

our vendors. Philcallaway.com is not responsible or liable for the privacy
practices or content found on these sites.

of any kind whatsoever – here or elsewhere. Philcallaway.com does not
knowingly sell products to persons under the age of 18. If you are under the age
of 18, you are required to seek the consent of your parent or guardian to
